Food & Drink
All meals will be provided for guests of Treowen. Shortly after your arrival, there will be a welcome luncheon with the other guests. In the morning you fill finish your explorations and any outstanding business with the staff. A delicious breakfast will be served before the Suppression Bureau wrap up proceedings.
The centerpiece of your visit will be the evening banquet served in the beautiful wood-panelled dining hall with a warming fire. Delicious, refreshing cocktails, wine and spirits and non-alcoholic drinks will be available throughout the evening in the bar, created by the Chef.
As all food will be prepared freshly onsite, we can meet any dietary needs that we have been advised of in advance. Our Chef will prepare dishes to tantalise and delight you. We will be providing lunch, breakfast and assorted delicious in-between treats (to keep your strength up).
The Locksmith’s Dream will serve high-quality British fare, including a haute-cuisine banquet with some clues literally baked into the menu. Our 1920s-inspired food will be scattered with Secret-Histories-flavoured amuse-bouches, as special as the house it’s served in.
The Chef has served the Wheelock family well and enjoys sharing his culinary expertise with guests of the house. You will not go hungry, and adventurous diners will be rewarded…
