“It’s real life, escape room-esque with 100% immersion and ten times more story and actors.”

Secret gods live beneath the skin of the world. Each year five of them meet to exchange secrets and agree particular notes of history.
After the gods have met, a select group of mortal guests can visit the site to pick through abandoned tidbits of secret knowledge. These events have been called counterparties; they’ve been called symurgies; they’ve been called the embassies of night. One such counterparty takes place in a crumbling family mansion in Monmouthshire, UK.
This is the Locksmith’s Dream.
Set in the world of the double-BAFTA-nominated Cultist Simulator, the Locksmith’s Dream is an occult, 1920s experience requiring no prior knowledge of the game. In short, you’ll come for a luxury overnight stay and join an occult scavenger hunt. You don’t have to act (unless you want to), you don’t have to work with other people (though it might be fun) and you can follow your own line of enquiries in whatever order you choose. If it all gets too much, there’s always the relaxing fire in the Flint & Wheel pub and a specially-designed cocktail or two.
“It’s an occult scavenger hunt where much of what you are scavenging isn’t physical…”

Stay the night in a gorgeous manor house and explore a corner of the invisible world as you tug and tease at the web of narrative threads that surround you. Shelter behind the identity and title of an illustrious (or infamous!) former guest of the house. Search for the clues hidden in plain sight and in unlikely places. Trade Birdsong with the Curator, gossip with Bartender, take a tour of the grounds with the trusted servant, Hawthorn. And decide whether or not to believe everything the Inspector says…
By exploring the house you will find not only other guests but also people who can perhaps help or enlighten. The house is the warp, and the staff are the weft, indivisible from the place and as dependable as the bricks and mortar. They’ll ensure you’re well looked after, and there will always be someone on hand to answer those burning questions, guide your efforts and provide refreshments.
“AS NIGHT FALLS, THE HOUSE CHANGES. AFTER A SUMPTUOUS DINNER IN THE OAK-PANELLED DINING HALL, YOU’LL RETIRE TO YOUR ROOMS TO REFRESH YOURSELF AND PREPARE FOR THE NIGHT, SLIPPING ON YOUR MASK AND STEPPING INTO THE HOUSE OF THE MOON.”
